Discounted tickets for all LA Opera Performances

LA Opera has a special going on today until 6:00 PM where they are offering 25% on any performance for the rest of the season. You can get tickets on the phone or order them online with the promo code 14396.

This discount is in addition to the daily 25% offer they have for three hours a day for a single performance, which you can keep up with on their website or, more easily for most, by "liking" the company's Facebook page.

The production of Lohengrin looks like a winner, as does this spring's Turco, which has a fantastic cast. I'm not going to pass up a chance to see "The Turn of the Screw," either, though the Chandler seems way too big for it acoustically. My only question is whether to see Rigoletto while I'm down there for Lohengrin- and I probably will.

San Francisco Opera is offering discounts of 50% on the remaining performances of Madama Butterfly on Travel Zoo- but save your money- even at half-off it's not worth seeing.
